We are Liz and Simon, a wife and husband team with 5 houseshares up and running. 

We want to provide high quality houseshares with a personal touch. We look after the houseshares ourselves with the help of Tu, Jackie and Dante plus our cleaner Helen, Dave the gardener and loads of great trusted tradesmen!

All our rooms are ensuite or have a private shower room. We also try to provide extras, as best we can. So in addition to a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, most rooms also have a desk and chair, bookshelf, and a picture shelf, as we know you prize areas to store things!

Our houseshares are inclusive of all utility bills, weekly cleaner for the shared areas, gardener, council tax (unless the rooms are individually banded (none to date!), broadband, and communal TV licence.
